Responsibilities of the Corporate M&A Lawyer
-The candidate will prepare, negotiate, and edit asset purchase, stock purchase, and ancillary agreements in connection with the sale of a company.
-Will maintain working knowledge of market terms in small and middle market mergers and acquisitions.
