You’ll manage a portfolio of high-net-worth donors and institutional partners, drive donor engagement, and oversee the development of compelling proposals and fundraising events. A major aspect of this role is to lead a team, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to ensure goals are met.
Qualifications:
Applicants with a minimum of seven years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of managing relationships with high-net-worth donors and securing significant contributions. Effective communication skills are essential for engaging with diverse stakeholders, while project management expertise ensures successful execution of fundraising initiatives.

Location: Washington DC (Hybrid schedule with at least 2 office days).
Salary: $130,000-$140,000, based on experience and location.
