The Dishwasher Job is seeking for a motivated and inspired energetic person to join the hospitality industry. We are looking for a motivated Dishwasher to join our team! This role goes beyond traditional dishwashing duties, as you will also assist with various prep and kitchen tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Flexibility to assist with various kitchen tasks as needed.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain a clean kitchen environment by ensuring the dish area is organized and free of clutter.
Set up and operate dishwashing stations, including dish machines and sinks.
Ensure floors remain clean and dry throughout your shift to prevent any hazards.
Wash, stack, and store glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers properly.
Change water in dish machines and sinks every two hours, or more frequently if necessary, while correctly using chemical dilutions.
Assist with the timely storage of food deliveries, ensuring proper organization of supplies.

Maintain trash cans during your shift and remove full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift.
Organize dry storage areas and keep storage shelves tidy.

Follow the posted daily dish-cleaning duties and ensure they are completed thoroughly.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables.
Support the chef with any additional tasks as required.
