Current Field Opportunities

INTERSOS is actively recruiting specialized staff for various roles in international crisis contexts. We are seeking professionals with prior international experience, high technical proficiency, adherence to humanitarian principles, and strong adaptability.

Protection Roles

We are looking for technical profiles such as specialists in Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Child Protection (CP), and protection monitoring. Additionally, we seek technical Coordinators and Project Managers with direct management responsibilities for activities.

Program Coordination

We have openings for coordination positions, including Head of Mission, Program Coordinator, and Project Manager. These roles involve humanitarian response based on needs analysis, implementation, and monitoring of activities. The required skills are often managerial and representative, depending on the level of responsibility.

In the context of increasing complexity, we are seeking Coordinators and HR Managers responsible for managing national and international staff.

Health and Nutrition

We require specialized profiles in the medical or paramedical profession, such as Medical Coordinators, Project Medical Referents, and Medical Activity Managers.

Finance

To support programs and ensure compliance with institutional donors, each mission has a Finance Coordinator, sometimes assisted by Deputy Finance Coordinators.

Logistics

Logistics Coordinators are essential for ensuring smooth operations, overseeing procurement, transportation, movement management, and mission infrastructure. They are supported by Logistics Managers and Officers.
