We are looking for an experienced SEM Coordinator to join our Paid Search team and help our clients reach their marketing goals. The SEM Coordinator will work closely with the SEM Manager and Sr. SEM Manager to support campaign building, research, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a passion for Paid Search and being in-the-weeds for all things Google Ads related.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with campaign setup and launch across Google, Bing, GDN, and YouTube.

2. Train and provide quality assurance of all Analyst work across campaign development and reporting.

3. Lead building of recurring and ad hoc reports, including writing insights for weekly and monthly dashboards.

4. Strong attention to detail is required and the ability to organize multiple tasks with overlapping deadlines.

5. Conduct in-depth research to help plan campaigns, keywords, and ad copy.

6. Creating compelling ad copy and analyze performance to understand what message resonates best with users.

7. Contribute to strategic discussions by participating in brainstorm meetings with senior team members.

8. Continue training on ongoing campaign management and optimization to develop a strong understanding of paid search performance principles.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

1. Fluent in English & located in Canada.

2. 1+ year of experience in Paid Search advertising.

3. Experience managing over $25K/month in paid search spend.

4. Strong foundational knowledge of paid search with hands-on experience researching and building campaigns.

5. Comfortable working in the granular aspects of paid search that require strong attention to detail (excel data, ad copy, keyword research, and report building).

6. 1+ year of agency experience preferred, but not required.

Salary

The offer is very competitive with a handsome salary offer ranging from $58,000 to $65,000 per year.
