They are seeking a Senior Ground Systems Engineer to contribute significantly to the development of their ground segment systems, from initial design to ongoing maintenance. This position involves collaboration with Mission Systems and Operations teams, offering a pivotal role in advancing the company’s technological solutions.

Responsibilities
The Senior Ground Systems Engineer will lead and participate in developing ground systems, including Mission Control Systems, Mission Planning Systems, and Ground Station Interface Systems. This involves deriving requirements for the ground segment, interfacing with external suppliers as a Product Owner or Technical Officer, and supporting the development team throughout the ground segment’s development phase.

The role also requires producing and maintaining high-standard project documentation, such as requirements, validation plans, test procedures, and reports. Verification and validation of systems alongside team members are key aspects of this position.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline and have at least five years of industry experience in satellite ground systems engineering.
